AutoPilot

Autopilot is a visual marketing software that enables users to create automated marketing campaigns and convert leads to customers. The product offers multi-channel marketing capabilities including online, email, in-app, SMS and snail mail communications. Features include capturing leads from multiple websites, blogs or apps, organizing leads into different lists or folders and contact management that can sync with users' existing customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Autopilot offers a drag-and-drop interface that allows users to automate marketing workflows and send personalized messages, thank you postcards and SMS messages. Autopilot also offers capabilities such as viewing user activities in real-time and monitoring campaign return on investment (ROI) with reporting features. Autopilot offers integration with SalesforceCRM and other third-party applications such as Segment, InsideView, Twilio, Slack, GoodData and Zapier.

JKool

jKool is a software company based in Melville, NY, that produces software for visualizing and analyzing machine-generated data, including: logs, metrics and transactions in real-time, via a web-based interface. jKool analyzes big data including both data-in-motion (real-time) and data-at-rest (historical). jKool offer its solutions through several channels including IBM Bluemix and as an on-premises offering jKool was designed to be a highly scalable, SaaS solution leveraging open-source software that provides real-time streaming analytics for big data[3] and was announced at All Things Open. The technology at jKool was built using open-source software including Apache Spark, Apache STORM, and Apache Kafka sitting on top of the NoSQL database, Apache Cassandra and the search engine Apache Solr, the last two from DataStax[4] The micro-services platform FatPipes is used as the orchestration layer to control data management, messaging and configuration. jKool provides analytics and visualization for log files, metrics and transactions and is focused on the needs of the DevOps community also providing monitoring capabilities for DataStax Enterprise.[4] jKool created a query language suitable for business users called jKQL. A version of the jKool product has been integrated with the IBM Cloud Marketplace.
